2nd shift General Cleaner

This Janitorial General Cleaner position at the  HPU Campus  is a full-time role managed by The Budd Group, a facilities services provider.    Job Details Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (2nd shift/evening). Location: High Point University (HPU) Campus in High Point, NC. Experience Required: 1 year of cleaning experience is typically required for these campus roles. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively and perform physical tasks like standing and bending for extended periods.  Primary Responsibilities The role focuses on maintaining campus administrative buildings and facilities.  Waste Management: Pulling trash and transporting it to disposal areas. Surface Cleaning: Dusting, wiping down conference rooms, and cleaning mirrors or glass. Restroom Maintenance: Sanitizing restrooms, cleaning toilets/sinks, and replenishing soap and paper products. Floor Care: Vacuuming carpets and wet mopping floors.
