Landscape Crew Member Location: Charlottesville, VA Pay: $17.00 / hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM About The Budd Group The Budd Group is a family-owned, God-honoring facility solutions company. What You’ll Do As a Landscape Crew Member, you will work outdoors to keep our client grounds looking sharp, clean, and vibrant. Your primary duties will include: Operating landscaping equipment for mowing, weed eating, and edging. Performing mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs or flowers. Maintaining clean, safe job sites and completing additional tasks assigned by your supervisor. What You Bring to the Team Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on landscaping or groundskeeping experience. Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively and work comfortably outdoors in varied weather conditions.
