Maintenance Technician Pay: $26.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Holly Springs, NC (On-site) Benefits: Pay on Demand + Cash Back, Referral Bonus, Career Advancement, Free Online Classes, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) Match Requirements: 1+ year maintenance experience, HS Diploma/GED, knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical What You’ll Do As our Maintenance Technician, you are the heartbeat of our facility in Holly Springs. You won't just be a General Maintenance Worker; you'll be a problem-solver who ensures our buildings are safe and functional. Your day-to-day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician will include: Performing minor repairs on plumbing (sinks, toilets), electrical (switches, lighting), and HVAC systems. Handling carpentry tasks, painting, and structural repairs like fixing doors or windows. Completing work orders quickly while keeping great records of your labor and materials. Using your skills to spot safety hazards before they become problems. Maintaining a company vehicle and ensuring it stays in great working order. What You Bring To The Team Experience: At least 1 year in a maintenance role where you’ve worked with your hands. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certificates are a huge plus! Physical Ability: Comfort climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs. Skills: Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repair. Attitude: A pleasant, "can-do" spirit when talking to co-workers and clients.
