We are looking for a customer-oriented Service Desk Technician to provide first-line IT support to internal users. The role focuses on resolving incidents, supporting Microsoft 365 environments, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Assist with integrating tbi bank's payment method on new and existing online merchants' platforms.

Provide first-level support to merchants facing issues with implementing or using the online payment method.
- →
Manage communication between tbi bank, merchants, and developers to ensure smooth operation and integration of the payment method.
- →
Create, review, and maintain technical and FAQ documentation to support integration and usage.

Register all newly signed merchants onto tbi bank's platforms and ensure their successful onboarding.

Regularly monitor merchant integration execution, ensure follow-ups, and analyze progress to ensure seamless integration.

Keep and report conversion rate statistics for signed merchants on a monthly basis.

Leverage basic API technology understanding to assist in troubleshooting and facilitating integrations.

Apply strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills to identify and resolve integration challenges.
Experience in technical support, merchant onboarding, or online payment integrations.
Ability to manage relationships with clients and technical teams.
Strong organizational and project-tracking skills.
Basic understanding of APIs and integration processes.
Solution-oriented mindset with analytical abilities.
Clear communication skills (both technical and non-technical).
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Previous experience working with banks or payment processors.
