We are currently looking for a new star to join the team as a

Service Desk Agent 


Position Highlights

We would like to join a local service desk agent to provide general support while performing fully onsite at our Client Premises - Frontex.

You will provide Level 1 support related to special equipment, including but not limited to:

  • Night vision goggles
  • Thermal cameras
  • Similar field or mission-support equipment

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, and resilience when handling diverse issues/requests.

 

Taking this role,

You Will Have the Opportunity To

  • Log and track requests, incidents, and service queries
  • Provide first-line guidance to users on standard issues and operating questions
  • Classify and route more complex issues to the appropriate support or maintenance teams
  • Follow defined procedures, scripts, knowledge articles, and escalation paths
  • Maintain clear case notes and status updates
  • Support service coordination during business hours according to the agreed process requirements

 

What You Bring

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in help desk, customer support, call center, service coordination, or similar first-line support roles - 12 months
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication and case-handling skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Reliability for on-site attendance and shift coverage
  • Experience handling hardware, equipment, technical products, or operational support cases is considered an advantage
