Clinical Audiologist - Outpatient Audiology Clinic

We are searching for a Clinical Audiologist with the Outpatient Audiology Clinic in The Woodlands - someone to provide the highest quality age-appropriate audiologic care for patients newborn to 21 years of age within the scope of practice and established practice standards for Audiology. The Clinical Generalist functions effectively as a member of the clinical team and supports the mission of Texas Children's Hospital.

• →Provides diagnostic assessments
• →Documentation and patient/family education   
• →Amplification evaluations/dispensing, verification, validation, programming and training
• →Counsels/educates parents regarding test results/recommendations/financial resources
• →At least 2 director approved ½ hour topic or case presentations per year to staff, residents, parents, community, and other professionals
• →Test room listening checks
• →Hearing aid room maintenance, soft-ware updates
• →Serves on audiology committees or specialty teams
