Human Resources Generalist - On-Site Titusville

The Human Resources Generalist, is responsible for the successful management and coordination of personnel practices, programs, and policies for the organization. This position provides support in employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, workers' compensation management, leave and accommodation coordination, return-to-work activities, HR compliance, recordkeeping, and policy administration.

This role requires strong organizational and prioritizing skills; a strong customer-service orientation; excellent communication and decision-making skills; attention to detail; discretion in handling confidential information; and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with limited supervision.
