Maintenance Housekeeping

Housekeeping is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the College/Clinic building and assist in eliminating distractions such as unwanted dirt and smells from the learning environment.

• →Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, striping and waxing of floors.
• →Select, measure and mix products for cleaning jobs.
• →Clean, sanitize and polish restrooms and their fixtures.
• →Clean and polish classroom and office furniture.
• →Remove waste and debris.
• →Stock closets with cleaning and paper products.
• →Sweep and shovel walkways 10' from all entrances.
• →Check and fill soap dispensers as necessary.
• →Demonstrates ability to follow directions and provide dependable services.
• →Washing windows and window sills.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 or more years of custodial experience.

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Working quickly without compromising quality.

• The ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
