Teague is an independent design consultancy that combines technology expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior to design what’s next for companies in automotive, commercial aviation, smart cities and infrastructure, advanced mobility, technology, space, and defense. On any given day, we might be prototyping a new space station, designing cutting-edge technology, or traveling around the world conducting research. This year marks the one-hundred-year anniversary of our company and are proudly employee-owned. Our culture fosters collaboration, accountability, and stability—because when we succeed, we all win. Come be a part of something bigger than just a job—build your career with an employee-owned company that invests in you!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Procurement Agent at Teague, you’ll keep the purchasing process moving from start to finish. You’ll work closely with internal teams, Shipping & Receiving, Accounts Payable, and external vendors to make sure the materials, equipment, supplies, services, and maintenance our teams need are purchased accurately and delivered on time.

This is a hands-on role with ownership across the procurement lifecycle - from processing requisitions and purchase orders to tracking shipments, maintaining inventory and vendor records, matching invoices, and resolving discrepancies. You’ll also build productive vendor relationships and help identify purchasing or inventory risks before they impact our work.

TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS:

No domestic or international travel is expected for this role. Occasional travel to other Teague facilities in the greater Seattle area may be required.

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. You know how to keep multiple requests moving at once without losing track of the details, and you follow through on commitments. You’re comfortable communicating with both internal stakeholders and vendors, and you’re not afraid to dig into a discrepancy or delivery issue to figure out what happened and what needs to happen next.

You bring a practical, solution-oriented approach to your work and can operate independently while staying connected to the teams you support.
