Responsibilities

→Work directly with Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
→Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, tools and automations (e.g. Claude, GPT, APIs, internal tooling)
→Develop and manage AI use cases such as call analysis, content generation, onboarding support, and internal assistants
→Run weekly training sessions and hands-on workshops to improve adoption across teams
→Translate business problems into practical AI solutions
→Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas, focusing on speed and impact
→Document and share best practices across the organisation
→Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency

AI tools are actively used across teams (not just tested)
Clear reduction in manual workload in key processes
Faster turnaround times across Sales, CS and Operations
Increased confidence and capability in using AI across the business

Requirements
