Technical Coordinator

Technomar Shipping Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Technical department as a Technical Coordinator. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our container fleet.

  Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of containers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to schedule and prioritize container inspections, repairs, and modifications.

• →

  Maintain accurate records of container maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  

• →

  Assist in the development and implementation of container maintenance procedures and guidelines.

• →

  Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• →

  Strong knowledge of technical aspects related to containers, including maintenance, repair, and inspection

• →

  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple containers and projects simultaneously

• →

  Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers

• →

  Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality

• →

  Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues and find efficient solutions

• →

  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

  Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

  Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus
