Assistant Merchant, Men's Apparel

• →Support the Men’s Apparel team throughout the seasonal product development and merchandising calendar.
• →Conduct market and competitive research, tracking trends, customer insights, pricing, and competitor activity.
• →Assist with weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales analysis, reporting on key performance metrics and identifying business opportunities.
• →Support the development and maintenance of assortment plans, line sheets, hindsight documents, and other seasonal merchandising tools.
• →Create and maintain accurate product information within PLM and other merchandising systems.
• →Participate in product reviews and fittings, documenting feedback and supporting the iterative development process.
• →Partner with Design, Product Development, Planning, Marketing, Retail, and Supply Chain to keep products and deliverables moving against key deadlines.
• →Track product samples and maintain an organized sample library.
• →Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams on photo samples, product details, and seasonal launch needs.
• →Support assortment presentations and prepare materials for internal and external meetings.
• →Assist with ad hoc reporting, competitive analysis, and special projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 0–3 years of professional business experience.
• Experience in retail, buying, merchandising, apparel, or product development is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfort working with numbers, maintaining product data, and preparing presentations.
• Interest in Men’s Apparel, consumer trends, and the retail industry.
• Some travel may be required.
