Associate Accounts & Finance Executive

We are looking for an Associate Accounts & Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting entries, and a willingness to learn and grow in the finance domain.

• →Assist in maintaining books of accounts and recording daily transactions
• →Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• →Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and invoices
• →Assist in bank reconciliation statements
• →Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• →Help in preparing financial reports and MIS
• →Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• →Assist in GST/TDS data preparation and basic compliance work
• →Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (ACCA/CA preferred)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar – QuickBooks is a must-have)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
