FHIR Solution Architect / Lead AI-Enabled Engineer - 0520

TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented FHIR API Developer to support the implementation, integration, maintenance, and enhancement of healthcare interoperability solutions.

This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be able to support work performed partially on-site in Pierre, South Dakota.

The FHIR API Developer plays a key role in supporting the Government’s ongoing mission by helping implement secure, compliant, and reliable health information exchange capabilities. This role supports cloud-hosted FHIR API services, data access workflows, SMART on FHIR application connectivity, and interoperability requirements tied to patient access, provider access, and payer-to-payer data exchange.

This position supports a Government healthcare program responsible for implementing interoperability and patient access requirements. The FHIR API Developer contributes to technical workflows that enable authorized members, providers, payers, and approved third-party applications to access health information in a timely, secure, and standards-based manner.
