Responsibilities

→Understand business needs and translate them into requirements specifications or user stories
→Conduct user requirement scoping, and analysis, involving functional, integration, and non-functional requirements
→Work closely with technical solution teams to assess feasibility, propose solution options and recommendation to address business and operational needs
→Deliver functional design including workflow analysis, prototypes, business logic flowchart and interface mapping
→Provide requirement and functional design clarifications to delivery team members throughout the delivery process
→Plan and conduct internal UAT based on business workflow and user scenarios
→Plan and conduct training to end users, and internal support teams as required
→Support post-production deployment verification for any product feature release

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Consulting or IT system implementation experience
Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Configuration & Development, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live Support and Application support to users
Excellent analytical skills, able to understand and articulate business problem statement and use cases concisely
Self-motivated and able to take direction and work resourcefully and independently
Have good communication and writing skills
Be able and willing to understand new technologies quickly
