Compensation: $35–$55/hour based on experience, with annual earning potential of $85,000–$110,000+

Location: Denver, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (40–50 hours/week)

We’re growing our team and looking for Refrigeration Technicians who want consistent work, strong pay, and a place where they can build a long-term career. This is a field-based role working on commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment across plant environments. No two days look exactly the same, and that’s the point.

What the Job Looks Like

You’ll be working at plants handling maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. Some days will involve quick fixes, while others require deeper troubleshooting — either way, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing issues and getting equipment back up and running safely and efficiently.

You’ll work with:

• Walk-ins, reach-ins, and display cases
• Ice machines and similar refrigeration equipment
• Refrigeration systems with integrated controls
• Commercial and industrial ammonia refrigeration systems
• Larger and more complex systems as your experience grows

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with commercial or industrial ammonia refrigeration systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think independently in the field
• EPA Universal Certification
• Rack experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
