Pay: $90K–$115K + Bonus Potential

We’re hiring a Construction Accounting Manager to lead full-cycle accounting operations across commercial and industrial projects. This is a high-impact role with visibility to ownership, long-term growth potential, and a company that values people who take initiative and want to be part of something long term.

• Lead construction accounting, WIP/POC reporting, and month-end close
• Oversee payroll, AP/AR, invoicing, and job costing
• Partner with leadership and project teams on financial operations
• Help improve processes and keep projects financially on track
• Work within construction ERP systems, Excel, and Procore

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of construction accounting experience
• Strong WIP, POC, job costing, and payroll experience
• Experience with construction ERP/accounting software
• Self-starter mindset with strong communication skills
• Procore experience is a plus
