Job Purpose To be the first point of contact for all delegates enrolled on our modular training programmes, to proactively support delegates to manage their learning and provide pastoral support and the management of their online learning content.
To be the first point of contact for all delegates enrolled on our modular training programmes, to proactively support delegates to manage their learning and provide pastoral support and the management of their online learning content. Working closely with The Regional Head of Operations to monitor curriculum and quality across the programmes and provide support on accreditation requirements and speaker liaison during programmes.
