We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team that values high-quality work, curiosity, and initiative. We care deeply about what we do, and we’re driven by the impact our work has on real people’s financial futures.

Our Business Intelligence team acts like internal consultants. We help teams across the company do their jobs better by identifying opportunities and informing data-driven decisions. We don't just "pull data"—we uncover the stories buried in the numbers to guide our marketing, product, and member experience strategies.
