We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring the highest level of service quality, seamless communication, and efficient resolution of operational inquiries. You will play an active role in maintaining strong customer relationships, managing service requests, and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction in line with company standards and policies.
Responsibilities

Act as the main touchpoint for customers, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries, requests, and feedback.

Manage and coordinate end-to-end customer service requests, tracking orders, shipments, or operational updates through internal systems.

Investigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, or operational non-conformities efficiently, coordinating with internal teams when necessary.

Build and maintain sustainable relationships of trust through open, proactive, and effective communication with clients.

Monitor key customer service metrics (KPIs) and implement appropriate actions to enhance service quality.

Ensure all customer interactions and operations are documented accurately within the relevant systems (SAP, CRM, etc.).

Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, billing, and commercial units to ensure seamless service delivery and execution.

Stay updated on company services, tariffs, contract terms, and compliance policies to guide customers accurately.

Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize customer service workflows and user experience.

Work in strict compliance with corporate guidelines, financial control, quality management, and information security standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Communications, or a related discipline.
