Inside Sales Specialist

DP World is seeking a motivated and goal oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our vibrant team in Rotterdam, NL. If you are passionate about sales and eager to make a significant impact in a global logistics leader, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As our Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue and maintaining strong customer relationships within the industry. You will provide pricing, procurement and tender activities.

• Prepare pricing solutions for internal and external stakeholders
• Address customer inquiries promptly and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the operations team to plan and coordinate shipments, ensure accurate and timely delivery, monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate record of all requests received.
• Stay updated on industry trends & competitors and identify opportunities of improvement and expansion

• →Proven experience in operations as a fundament of customer service and pricing tasks
• →Proven experience in operations, pricing and procurement in the logistics industry
• →Proficiency in using CRM and TMS software and other relevant tools
• →Detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• →Knowledge of freight forwarding operations and supply chain management
• →Excellent communication skills when it comes to handling customers and a good command in English
