Storekeeper

•    Ensure adherence to safety and discipline policies in the Technical Department.
•    Deliver items according to requests from various technicians.
•    Ensure item requests are approved by the respective Supervisor.
•    Monitor stock levels in the Warehouses.
•    Issue purchase requisitions, subject to approval by the Superintendent and Technical Manager.
•    Forward purchase requisitions to the Procurement Department after verifying stock levels in the warehouses.
•    Follow up with the Procurement Department on the status of purchase requisitions.
•    Submit copies of delivery notes and invoices to the Finance Department.
•    Enter/process data in the system related to the entry and exit of materials from the warehouses.
•    Manage and organize fuel for mobile equipment.
•    Perform other tasks as directed by management, in accordance with competencies and capabilities.
