Warehouse Operation Specialist

We are looking for a Warehouse Operation Specialist to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient flow of warehouse operations by managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and maintaining operational excellence across all processes.

• →Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, placement, shipment, and returns.
• →Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory through regular stock counts and system tracking.
• →Coordinate with logistics and other teams to support smooth internal workflows and transport planning.
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with HSE standards.
• →Identify improvement areas in operations and contribute to process efficiency.
• →Perform accurate data entry and reporting using SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
• →Support field operations and respond to customer-related operational needs when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics-related roles.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate within the company and with external partners.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to track, analyze, and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Skilled in time management, prioritization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive in identifying process bottlenecks and proposing practical solutions.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to support cross-functional operations.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with changing priorities and operational demands.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing for long periods and performing physical tasks when needed.
