The HR Generalist, Recruitment plays a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining talent to support operational excellence across the organization. This position leads full-cycle recruitment while providing comprehensive HR generalist support aligned with company values, policies, and culture. The role partners closely with company leaders to deliver skilled, engaged, and culturally aligned team members within a diverse and inclusive environment. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Director HR in a collegial environment where we build trust and help shape tomorrow. This position reports to the Director, Human Resources.

- HR Service Delivery: Provides consistent, professional, and timely HR support.
- Employee Relations: Applies sound judgment and supports respectful workplace practices.
- HR Compliance & Risk Management – Ensures adherence to legislation, company policies, and Company Values.
- HR Data: Maintains accurate data to support reporting and informed decision-making.
- Communication: Communicates clearly, professionally, and respectfully with all stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Establishes credibility, Trust and productive working relationships.
- Customer Focus: Delivers solutions-oriented HR support with an internal service mindset.
- Organization & Time Management: Effectively manages priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity & Confidentiality: Demonstrates discretion, ethics, and professionalism.
- Continuous Improvement: Seeks opportunities to enhance recruitment and HR practices.
Requirements
~1 min read- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Working knowledge of Canadian employment legislation.
- CPHR designation or progress toward designation is an asset.
