Band Manager - Flame

Flame, a high-energy American cover band dedicated to inspiring people with disabilities through music, is in search of a Band Manager who can connect with each band member, elevating their skills and bringing out the best in them. We're searching for someone who can smoothly bring together everything from fine-tuning vocal ranges to mastering music equipment and perfecting stage presence, to create an unforgettable band experience.

• A minimum of three years' supervisory experience is required.
• At least one year of experience working with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities is required.
• A bachelor's degree in music education or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with musicians is preferred.
• NYS Driver's License with two years' experience is required.
