Housekeeping Team Leader - The Bristol Bol

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team and help ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our hotel. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about hospitality. 

This is a seasonal position offered on a fixed-term contract.

• →Supervise, motivate, and support housekeeping team in their daily tasks
• →Coordinate room cleaning schedules and assign tasks efficiently
• →Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• →Provide training to new team members and ongoing guidance to the team
• →Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies
• →Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up on resolutions
• →Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
• →Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

• Previous experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
