The Florida Panthers are in their 33rd season in 2026-27 as one of the National Hockey League's premier franchises. As back-to-back Stanley Cup Champions in 2024 and 2025, the Panthers have won 11 of their past 12 postseason series and captured four Eastern Conference Championships. The organization is led by President of Hockey Operations & General Manager Bill Zito, entering his seventh season, and President of Business Operations Michael White, beginning his first full season.

• →Responsible for maintaining accuracy of cash drawer
• →Greets and assists guests
• →Assists with fitting guests in hockey and figure skating equipment and finding correct sizes
• →Sharpens skates and repairs equipment
• →Assists guests with purchasing decisions
• →Maintains pro-shop as merchandised
• →Maintains cleanliness of all retail areas
• →Applies names and numbers to jerseys with heat press

• →Additional projects tasks and events assigned

• Retail experience
• Familiar with hockey and figure skating equipment fittings, repairs, and sharpening
• Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Self-starter with a high degree of enthusiasm, creative vision and ability to lead in a high-stress environment
• Be able to make decisions in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Familiar with operating point of sale system

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is an hourly position. Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
