Product Support: Assist in setting up, executing, and analyzing monetization experiments to validate hypotheses and maximize revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Product Support: Assist in setting up, executing, and analyzing monetization experiments to validate hypotheses and maximize revenue growth.

Feature Development: Help evolve the feature set, UX, and strategy of our paid products to increase ARPPU, free-to-paid conversion, and paid retention rate.

User Research: Identify and lead new research initiatives, recruit for and schedule user interviews and usability testing sessions, and support user feedback sessions to gain insights into user needs.

Data Analysis: Generate insights from both internal and external data to increase the success rate of experiments and monetization initiatives.

App Store Analysis: Conduct app store reports and analysis to understand market trends and improve our product offerings.

Project Management: Ensure the team is organized, hitting deadlines, and recording results.
Design and run a recurring program of user interviews with new sign-ups, active members, and churned users to surface insights on acquisition and retention.
Recruit participants across our key markets (NL, BR, LATAM), schedule sessions, and coordinate logistics end-to-end.
Build discussion guides, take structured notes, and synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights for Product, Growth, and Design.
Maintain a lightweight research repository so insights are easy to find and reuse over time.
Requirements
~1 min readSupport specific product initiatives from early problem framing through to writing clear, testable requirements.
Help map user journeys, edge cases, and acceptance criteria so engineers and designers can move fast with confidence.
Coordinate with Design, Data, and Engineering to keep initiatives moving and unblock decisions.
Help design and set up Limited Time Offers (LTOs) across our subscription tiers, from idea, to plan setup, to in-app surfacing.
Partner with Data to define success metrics up front and run post-mortems on results, so each test feeds the next one.
Contribute fresh ideas to our pricing and packaging roadmap based on what you hear in user interviews and see in the data.
Nice to Have
~1 min readStudying Product Design, UX/UI Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related degree.
Experience with Figma is highly valuable.
Studying Product Management, Business, UX Research, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
Nice to have: previous experience running user interviews or usability tests, exposure to Figma, Notion, ClickUp, or basic SQL.
