We are seeking an Assistant HR & Admin Manager / Senior HR & Admin Officer to join us. This role is a hands-on position responsible for supporting all-round HR and administrative matters, working closely with the Senior HR Manager. The successful candidate will handle daily HR operations, administrative support, and coordination work to ensure smooth people and office operations. Experience in the IT or digital industry is an advantage.
Support the Senior HR Manager in daily HR and administrative operations.
Handle end-to-end recruitment support, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding arrangements.
Manage employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files accurately.
Assist in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll preparation.
Handle employee enquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters.
Support performance management, appraisal processes, and talent development initiatives.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and statutory requirements.
Handle general office administration matters, including vendor coordination and office support.
Coordinate training arrangements and staff development activities.
Support ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements

Experience in IT, digital, or technology-related industries is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, related legislation and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
Quick learner,strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently..
Well-organised and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in Cantonese and English; additional language skills are a plus.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant HR & Admin Manager position.
