We’re currently seeking a Learning & Leadership Development Lead (Remote) -someone who is enthusiastic, self-directed, and inspired by meaningful connection. In this role, you’ll share our award-winning personal enrichment programs with individuals globally — programs designed to support clarity, confidence, leadership, and personal evolution. You’ll connect with people through a proven, simple system, helping them discover resources that align with their goals and aspirations.

This is a relationship-centered role, blending leadership, communication, and personal development — with full training and ongoing support provided.

• A strong communicator who enjoys meaningful conversations
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
• Experienced in leadership, mentoring, coaching, education, social work, HR, marketing, or related fields

• Comfortable guiding and supporting others toward positive outcomes
