• เข้าร่วมในการเตรียมโปรแกรมสำหรับกิจกรรมกลางแจ้งล่วงหน้า รวมถึงการประชุม การออกแบบหลักสูตร การวางแผนเหตุฉุกเฉิน การเตรียมอุปกรณ์ และงานเตรียมโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่จำเป็น
• เป็นวิทยากรให้ประสบการณ์และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจเยาวชนโดยเน้นที่พลวัตของกลุ่ม การพัฒนาทักษะ การจัดการความเสี่ยง การเติบโตและการพัฒนาส่วนบุคคล และทักษะวิทยากรที่จำเป็นอื่นๆ
• ทำงานร่วมกับผู้ประสานงานโปรแกรมและวิทยากรหลักโดยการเข้าร่วมเตรียมโปรแกรมล่วงหน้า รวมถึงการประชุม การออกแบบหลักสูตร การวางแผนเหตุฉุกเฉิน การเตรียมอุปกรณ์ และงานเตรียมโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่จำเป็น เพื่อให้กิจกรรม การเดินทาง ฯลฯ เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• ประสานงานกับพันธมิตรในพื้นที่เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการส่งมอบประสบการณ์ที่ปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบโปรแกรมใหม่ๆโดยอาศัยประสบการณ์และความสนใจส่วนตัว
• ดูแลพื้นที่ของโปรแกรมให้มีระเบียบ
• มีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ของโปรแกรมตามความจำเป็น
• จัดการงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการโปรแกรม

• สร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้เยาวชนพัฒนาตนเองผ่านการผจญภัย ความเป็นผู้นำและกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรม
• เรียนรู้ทักษะใหม่ๆอย่างต่อเนื่องด้วยการฝึกอบรมจากไกด์ของเราที่มีประสบการณ์กว่า 15 ปี
• ยกระดับความรู้ทางวิชาชีพไปอีกขั้นโดยการเข้ารับการอบรมและรับใบประกาศนียบัตรการฝึกปฏิบัติการด้านการแพทย์ในถิ่นทุรกันดารในระดับสากล
• โอกาสเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมจัดการโปรแกรมและทีมยิมปีนผาจำลอง Progression Vertical

You are a are a key part of the Progression experience team. You will work on a team of like minded outdoor professionals to deliver transformational and life changing experiences. Our outdoor educators actively seek to create an upbeat environment that inspires a spirit of adventure everywhere they go. They have a passion for adventure and are often seen climbing, caving, trail running or just spending time in the outdoors truly embodying what it means to Fuel Your Progression.

• →Facilitate an inspirational adventure based experiences focusing on skill development, risk management, personal growth and development, cross cultural competency and more.
• →Work with program managers and coordinators to ensure seamless flow of programs and experiences from preparation to facilitation to follow up.
• →Liaise with partners in the field to ensure safe and effective delivery of experiences.
• →Participate and support in the design of transformational experiences drawing on personal experience and interest.
• →Ensure program areas are kept organized and maintained.
• →Support with maintenance and inventory of program equipment as needed.
• →Handle all other tasks as assigned by Program Manager
