In this role, you’ll be a key part of our logistics operation—supporting daily administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our customers receive the high level of service they expect.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support within customer service and logistics processes.

  • Accurately process orders, shipments, movements and invoices.

  • Prepare, maintain and complete files and documentation to ensure smooth operations.

 

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.

  • Support customer queries and follow up in a timely manner

  • Monitor processes and report irregularities or operational issues

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with different departments to support operational continuity

 

  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with company procedures and legal requirements

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and service

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role

  • Experience within logistics, transport or supply chain is highly desirable

  • Good understanding of administrative processes and systems

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal English required)

  • Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment

 

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage
