Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Make a Difference in Patient Care Every Day The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in Helena, MT and we’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a growing healthcare team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the patient experience — helping create a welcoming environment while supporting providers with high-quality clinical and administrative care. What You’ll Do As a CMA, you’ll play an essential role in keeping both patient care and daily operations running smoothly by: Welcoming patients and preparing them for exams and procedures Recording vital signs, medical histories, and patient information accurately Assisting providers with clinical procedures, including injections, EKGs, and specimen collection Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems Scheduling appointments, managing phone calls and supporting patients with questions and follow-up care Coordinating prescription refills and prior authorizations with pharmacies and insurance providers Ensuring exam rooms are clean, organized, stocked, properly equipped and ready for patient care Upholding patient confidentiality and following all healthcare compliance standards What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with EHR systems preferred A positive attitude and patient-first mindset Why Join Us?
