RN Wound Care - PRN | Days

The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Russellville, AL to hire a compassionate & skilled Wound Care Registered Nurse dedicated to providing specialized wound management and exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment. In this role, you will assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic wounds while working closely with providers and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal healing outcomes. Schedule: PRN | Days What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive wound assessments & document findings Develop, implement & evaluate individualized treatment plans Administer wound treatments, dressings, and related therapies according to physician orders and clinical protocols Monitor healing progress and document patient outcomes Educate patients and families on wound care management Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation What We Are Looking For Qualifications Active Alabama RN License Current BLS certification; Wound Care Certification (WCC, WOCN, or equivalent) preferred Previous clinical nursing experience; wound care experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient needs Why This Opportunity?
