Lead Product Manager/Product Owner

• →10+ years of experience serving as a Product Manager or Product Owner on complex software programs.
• →Demonstrated ability to write and decompose epics → features → stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• →Experience working in regulated, governance-constrained, or security-sensitive environments.
• →Strong stakeholder alignment and communication skills.
• →Familiarity with agile delivery metrics (lead time, reliability, outcomes).
• →U.S. Citizenship required.
• →Must be able to meet any other requirements for government contracts for which they are hired (e.g., must reside in the U.S., Security Clearances)

Preferred Qualifications:

• →Experience supporting federal or defense software programs.

Salary Range: $155,000 - $165,000 (DOE and project-specific details)
