What we do:
We are a global creative team of around 30 designers, copywriters, and creative professionals working across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.
Our work spans a wide range of creative outputs, including event branding for activations, keynote presentations, and executive gatherings, as well as the adaptation and localization of global campaigns to resonate with audiences across London, Hamburg, Paris, Madrid, Portugal, and MENA.
The team works in a highly collaborative environment, partnering across regions to deliver creative excellence while contributing to and shaping global initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Set the creative direction for TTD’s brand across EMEA, making the calls on quality, consistency, and how the global brand translates into something that genuinely resonates in the region.
- Own event creative across the region — from large-scale activations and keynote presentations to intimate executive gatherings. Design the visual systems, art direct the experience, and make sure every touchpoint lands.
- Adapt and localize global campaigns for EMEA markets not just translating assets, but interpreting the work with genuine cultural fluency across London, Hamburg, Paris, Madrid, Portugal, and MENA.
- Act as the creative voice of the region to EMEA business and marketing leadership — influencing strategy upstream, not just presenting executions downstream. You’ll build the kind of trust that means you’re in the room when decisions get made.
- Direct a senior copywriter and manage freelance creative talent across the region, coordinating resources, reviewing work, and holding the creative bar.
- Work in close partnership with the Global Creative Director and global creative team. Contributing EMEA perspective to global brand decisions and ensuring the work flows well in both directions.
Who you are:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in art direction and design, with at least 2 years in a Creative Director role at an agency, in-house team, or brand.
- A creative leader with strong craft foundations — brand identity, event and experiential design, presentations, digital — who operates upstream of execution. You shape the brief, set the direction, and hold the standard. You can also make the work when you need to, and you’re good at it.
- Globally minded with genuine regional fluency. You understand how brands need to show up differently across markets, and you bring that instinct naturally, not as a checklist.
- Confident presenting your work and rationale to stakeholders. You can walk a room through creative decisions, hold a point of view under pressure, and advocate for the work without being precious about it.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with working knowledge of or active curiosity about AI tools and how they can accelerate process, push creative, and evolve brand systems.
- Low ego, high standards. You’re collaborative and straightforward to work with, reliable, clear, and adaptable when direction shifts. You make the global/regional relationship work by being someone people trust, not just someone with good taste.
- Experience in the advertising or technology space, motion design, or video production is a plus.
