Mid Level - Graphic Designer

We're searching for a talented and experienced Mid Level Graphic Designer to lead and inspire our design team. You'll play a crucial role in crafting impactful visual solutions across various mediums, from digital marketing materials to print collateral. This role is ideal for a passionate and strategic designer who thrives in a collaborative environment. Pay Scale Our budget for this senior role is Upto INR 50,000 per month (commensurate with performance). Location This is a full-time, on-site position at our Churchgate, Mumbai office. Responsibilities Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality visual assets for marketing materials (digital & print), social media graphics, and more Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc. ) to understand project goals, target audience, and brand messaging Manage a project pipeline effectively, delivering work on time and within budget Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visuals, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth Stay ahead of design trends, exploring new techniques and software to enhance the team's skillset and deliver innovative design solutions Proactively identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs to achieve maximum visual impact and user engagement Participate in client meetings and presentations Oversee the work of freelance designers or vendors, if applicable Assist with design recruitment efforts Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other design software Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, branding, and design strategy A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback Benefits Complete your 8.5 hours at your convenience Paid Menstrual Leave - We provide paid leave during menstrual cycles, ensuring your health and comfort are prioritised when it's needed most.
