  • You will own the ongoing monitoring of data quality across our core commercial systems, primarily Salesforce, by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and errors in how data is captured, raising and tracking tickets to resolve issues at source, and maintaining a clear log of recurring problems so that systemic issues are visible and prioritised.
  • You will go beyond fixing individual errors to understand why they are happening. You will work with Commercial Operations and system owners to simplify or restructure workflows where needed.

This means coaching Sales and AM teams on correct Salesforce usage, by building clear reference guides and SOPs. You will need to adapt your communication style across seniority levels and regional contexts.
  • You will support the production of regular commercial reporting cadences by preparing, validating, and sense-checking datasets before they reach stakeholders.
  • You will partner with Commercial Operations, Enablement, and central Analytics to ensure data issues are visible, prioritised, and resolved. You will work across regions and time zones, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of data input processes across the commercial organisation.

  • 4–6 years in a data operations, sales operations, CRM management, or commercial analytics role
  • Experience working within a global organisation, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively across seniority levels, from frontline sales teams to senior commercial leadership
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including data structures, field-level hygiene, and common input failure modes
  • Proven ability to diagnose root causes of data quality issues and translate findings into actionable process improvements
  • Experience coaching or holding non-technical stakeholders accountable to data standards
  • Close attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English; able to produce clear SOPs and reference documentation
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and reconciliation work
  • Power BI experience preferred or familiarity with other BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau). We will support skill development in this area
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus; we provide coaching and training for the right candidate who is motivated to develop technically
