About the Role

The Sales Executive role is the perfect next step for a driven sales professional looking to accelerate their career and take on more complex sales cycles. Building on a foundation of lead generation, you will take increased ownership of the new client acquisition process for Third Bridge. In this role, you will be responsible for converting high-value leads, conducting impactful presentations, and directly driving revenue growth and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Actively manage and drive the sales process from initial outreach and qualification through to trial onboarding and deal closure.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Build and manage a robust pipeline by identifying target accounts, researching key stakeholders, and executing tailored outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Client Engagement & Presentations: Lead engaging introductory meetings, deliver compelling value propositions, and conduct live portal demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Trial Management & Conversion: Oversee client trial subscriptions, actively monitoring engagement, demonstrating ROI, and negotiating successful transitions to paid annual contracts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal research and account management teams to ensure a seamless client handover and a premium customer experience.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain precise and accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progression, and accurate revenue forecasting within Salesforce.

What You Will Bring

  • Professional Experience: 1-2 years of proven success in a B2B sales, Business Development (BDR/SDR), or sales support role, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Sales Acumen: A consultative sales approach with the ability to confidently navigate objections, build rapport with decision-makers, and drive urgency in the sales cycle.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Drive & Autonomy: A highly self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage your time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.

Salary and Benefits

Compensation

  • Total first-year compensation is expected to be ~$120,000, inclusive of a $70,000 base salary plus an uncapped commission and bonus structure.

Time Off

  • Vacation: 15 vacation days and 2 personal days, increasing to 20 vacation days after 2 years of service.
  • Holidays: 11 full company holidays and 4 half-day holidays.
  • Volunteer Time: 2 CSR volunteer days annually.
