The Formulation Scientist, Tech Ops will play a key supporting role in providing technical support to compliance of core products, enhancing quality and manufacturing productivity. Reporting to Director of Scientific Operations, this position will assist in quality performance evaluation of core, root cause analysis of products, raw material review, and the scale-up process of two-piece capsule and powder formulation of dietary supplements, ensuring high-quality standards and regulatory requirements for in-house and externally manufactured formulations. This on site role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support R&D tech Ops projects, compliance, and operational excellence.
