The Production Supervisor, serves as a vital leadership role in the day-to-day management of our production operations ensuring your team meets goals related to safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for executing the production schedule, maintaining compliance with cGMP and OSHA standards, and fostering a high-performance environment that drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven manufacturing environment and has a passion for coaching teams, improving processes, and making a measurable impact.

This is a 2nd shift position 3pm-11:30pm including Saturdays.
