You will be a key player in ensuring that the site meets its financial targets and that all employees are working to their full potential.
Responsibilities

- →Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
- →Setting clear expectations by outlining tasks, goals, and deadlines for team members.
- →Regularly checking in on progress and providing constructive feedback.
- →Encouraging collaboration, recognizing achievements, and addressing any conflicts promptly.
- →Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Experience with inventory management and control
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Experience with scheduling and payroll management
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
