Threat Tec, LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business, has an immediate opening for an Incentives and Proficiency Data Analyst to join our growing company in Fort Bragg, NC. 
The Contractor shall provide support for the database and Foreign Language Proficiency Bonus task. Support shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following general responsibilities: 
  • Assess and analyze Special Operations Foreign Language Office (SOFLO) database statistics to enhance the effectiveness of the USAJFKSWCS Command Language Program, to include Cadre Language School

  •  

    Collect and synchronize all data and databases from subordinate commands and seamlessly work with senior-level Incentives and Proficiency Data Analyst

  •  

    Support USAJFKSWCS’ and 2SWTG(A)’s Foreign Language Proficiency Bonus (FLPB) Program

  •  

    Complete paperwork and procedures to assist their unit change Control Languages for all assigned Special Forces, Civil Affairs, and Military Information Support Soldiers through Human Resources Command (HRC)

  •  

    Understand and apply all relevant Service and local policies as effect incentives and language testing. Draft changes to policy to better support their unit.

  •  

    Participate in the review of USAJFKSWCS and 2SWTG(A) Command Language program policies, provide recommendations and changes to better support the Command/unit. 

  •  

    Compile data as required, prepare reports, and create presentations suitable for senior audiences (military grades O5 to O6). The contractor shall be proficient with data entry and database maintenance, MS Office applications, and local area networks

  •  

     

    Utilize the following systems to support USAFKKSWCS Command Language Programs: Defense Joint Military Pay System (DJMS), Interactive Personnel, Electronic Records Management System (IPERMS), Electronic military Personnel Office (E-MILPO), Enlisted Distribution & Assignment System (EDAS), WEB-Based Defense Milpay Office (DMO), Total Officer Personnel Management Information System (TOPMIS), Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), USASOC/2nd SWTG(A) local area networks

  •  

    Compile data and enter records into the Special Operations Foreign Language Office Database used to track and manage all Foreign Language Proficiency Bonus for over 1700 qualified Soldiers within USAJFKSWCS and 2SWTG(A).

  •  

    Analyze unit turnover rates and report on its effects on training proficiency, unit capability, and language training programs and brief these results to the 2SWTG(A) commander.

  •  

    Support 2nd SWTG (A) in managing the Special Operations Foreign Language Office Database. Advise management on Long-Term capacity plans and growth, assign passwords and maintain database access, analyze and recommend database improvements; analyze impact of database changes to the customer, audit database access and requests; develop and test methods to synchronize data; ensure data is secure; ensure databases run efficiently; ensure platform availability; research emerging technology; review existing solutions; test database to ensure everything operates efficiently without error; troubleshoot database errors; work closely with development teams with regards to database update and design.

  • The IPDA must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and obtain NIPRNet access. This requires, at a minimum a favorable determination on a National Agency Check (NAC) with inquiries. Verification of the investigation type must be sent to the COR in the form of a VAR to be verified by the USAJFKSWCS G-2 prior to gaining access to the NIPRNet.

    2 years’ experience with Defense Joint Military Pay System (DJMS), Interactive Personnel, Electronic Records Management System ( IPERMS), Electronic military Personnel Office (E-MILPO), Enlisted Distribution & Assignment System (EDAS), WEB- Based Defense Milpay Office (DMO), Total Officer Personnel Management Information System (TOPMIS), Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), SOCOM local area networks

    High school or GED. 2-years’ experience working on military pay or personnel issues. Must be able to use all current Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.

    1 year experience analyzing unit turnover rates and reporting on its effects on training proficiency, unit capability, and language training programs.

    IPDA must be able to obtain a NIPRNet Account and have knowledge and experience with data base development and implementation.
