RBTs are increasingly essential to autism spectrum support and behavioral intervention in schools, yet many struggle with inconsistent BCBA supervision, unclear treatment protocols, or isolation from the broader school team.
Thrive partners with schools to embed strong RBT-BCBA teams into the special education and behavioral support infrastructure. You'll work under close BCBA supervision with documented supervision ratios, regular treatment planning meetings, and structured data-collection protocols. If you're planning to pursue BCaBA or BCBA credentials, Thrive provides study materials, exam fee reimbursement, and flexible scheduling to support your advancement.
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement ABA-based interventions. You conduct discrete trial training, collect behavioral data, implement behavior intervention plans, and support students with autism spectrum disorder and behavioral challenges to achieve functional and academic goals.
