Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some on call after hours and weekends on a rotating schedule

• →Patrol and maintain the community grounds, removing trash and debris.
• →Clean and refresh common areas such as walkways, courtyards, and amenity spaces.
• →Ensure trash bins and pet stations are emptied and in good condition.
• →Report maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly to the team.
• →Support the maintenance crew with make-ready projects and seasonal tasks.
• →Other duties as needed.
