Location: 4535 E Princess Anne Rd, Norfolk, VA 23502
Schedule:

✓Monday - Thursday: Two days: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

✓Two days: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

✓Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

✓Rotating Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

✓Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit

✓Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process

✓Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance

✓Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up

✓Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation

✓Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs

✓Education: High School Diploma or GED

✓Associates' or higher degree preferred

✓Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios

✓One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred

✓Skill set: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences

✓Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

✓Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems

✓A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
