Master Instructor

• →Train, coach, and mentor Direct Support Personnel.
• →Assist with onboarding and ongoing staff development.
• →Support PPML Plans, PATH planning, ISPs, and Person-Centered Planning.
• →Develop community and employer partnerships.
• →Coordinate staff trainings and provide feedback on program and staff development needs.
• →Support associate recognition events, celebrations, and informational tours.

• Experience with behavioral support techniques and interventions.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Rehabilitation, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of positive behavior support techniques and staff training practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel to community locations using a personal vehicle.
• Excellent attendance and on time arrival.
• Must meet all DSP qualifications outlined in the DSP Universal Job Description.
