Entrepreneurial Leadership & Business Ownership
- Meet and Exceed Sales Objectives: Drive the store to achieve and surpass annual sales plans and targets through strategic initiatives and active business development.
Business Planning: Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic, enhance store attraction, and optimize sales performance.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate strong commercial insight, utilizing market trends and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Resource Maximization: Effectively leverage company resources, including marketing collateral and internal tools, to maximize sales results and brand visibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Retail Director and other key business partners (Merchandising, Operations, Finance, HR, CVM, Marketing) to align strategies and ensure cohesive business execution.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize sales reporting tools and analytics to identify performance gaps, create actionable recommendations for sales improvement, and track progress against targets.
Client Development & Experience Excellence
- Champion Client Development: Lead and execute strategies to strengthen the client base, fostering long-term relationships and cultivating loyalty among existing and new clients.
- Elevate Client Experience: Ensure an exceptional and consistent in-store client experience that reflects Tiffany's prestige and desirability, setting new benchmarks in luxury retail service.
- High Jewelry Focus: Drive initiatives to elevate clients towards High Jewelry, ensuring a personalized, service-driven approach that encourages engagement and progression.
- Key Metric Achievement: Focus on improving critical client development metrics such as conversion rate, appointment effectiveness, and repeat visitation.
- CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM tools effectively to manage client relationships, execute targeted client development strategies, and ensure collection of new client information.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a leading brand ambassador, consistently modeling excellence in service and representing Tiffany's values in all client interactions.
- Feedback Integration: Actively manage and respond to client feedback, including messages, commendations, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement in service.
Team Leadership & Development

Operational Excellence & Efficiency
- Seamless Operations: Oversee all retail operations, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy in line with company standards and policies.
- Back-End Systems & Processes: Maintain robust back-end systems and streamlined processes to support seamless daily operations and inventory management.
- Inventory Control: Implement precise execution in inventory management, ensuring accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and optimizing stock levels.
- Visual Merchandising: Uphold standards for visual merchandising, ensuring that all displays, windows, and product presentations align with Tiffany's brand image and directives.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and all corporate standards, policies, and regulatory requirements to safeguard assets and maintain brand integrity.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze relevant reports to management, providing insights into operational performance and audit control results.
Corporate Standards and Directives
- Brand Alignment: Fully understand and support current business initiatives and new cpllection launches to drive the success of the business.
