Timely is on a mission to help teams and individuals take back control of their time. Our AI-powered time tracking and planning tools work quietly in the background — helping people understand how they work, and helping businesses run smarter, more empathetic operations.

Headquartered out of Oslo, we're a remote-first SaaS company with a global team, a strong design ethos, and thousands of happy customers around the world. As we grow, we’re investing in the systems that drive revenue — and we’re looking for someone curious, systems-minded, and proactive to join us in making our GTM engine faster and more effective.

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to lead Revenue Operations and help us run and improve the core systems behind our growth. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to make sure our tools, processes, and data are working smoothly and delivering real value.

This is a cross-functional role with a lot of variety — ideal for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, learning new platforms, and enabling others through thoughtful systems design. You’ll be supported by experienced peers and given plenty of room to develop and grow your skills.

Responsibilities

Help maintain and evolve workflows across our CRM (HubSpot) and marketing automation systems — including lead routing, lifecycle automation, and deal processes.

Support efforts to keep our customer and company data structured, clean, and ready for reporting and segmentation.

Document new processes and changes clearly so others can follow and build on your work.

Build and refine reports that surface key performance indicators across our customer lifecycle — like pipeline health, trial conversion, closed revenue and growth / customer risk signals.

Help ensure teams have access to the data they need to stay aligned and make better decisions.

Work with stakeholders to turn raw data into meaningful insights.

Monitor integrations between tools (like CRM, billing, and support platforms) to ensure smooth data flow.

Troubleshoot sync issues and suggest improvements where needed.

Previous experience with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, Stripe, or similar an advantage.

Use new-generation AI tools to help reduce manual work, improve campaign execution, and uncover revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with our team to build AI-assisted workflows, test prompt strategies, or embed automation into day-to-day ops.

Stay curious about how AI can make us more efficient — and share ideas with the wider team.

Support commercial projects across Sales, CS, and Marketing — from lifecycle campaigns to trial performance reviews and onboarding improvements.

Help keep processes running smoothly and consistently across functions.

Be a trusted operational partner to people across the business.

Experience working in Revenue, Marketing, or Sales Operations — or a role involving CRM workflows, automation, or data.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, or similar is an advantage.  Likewise, an understanding of SaaS metrics.

A self-starter, comfortable with structured problem solving and thinking through systems and logic.

Organized and methodical, with an eye for detail and documentation.

A great communicator — collaborative, clear, and eager to help others succeed but also happy to challenge team thinking through data insights.

A growth mindset — excited to learn new tools, concepts, and champion best practices.
