Maintenance Operative

-      Ensuring site Health and Safety inspections are regularly completed to keep our Park in tip-top condition

-      General estate maintenance

-      Help to maintain a clean and safe Park environment by; cleaning and tidying up of public areas, weeding, landscaping, waste control etc

-      Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs to all estate buildings

-      General onsite support where required

As this role is so varied, we welcome applications from a range of backgrounds, however a short list of what you will need to be successful in this role are:

-     General Maintenance knowledge and skillset

-      Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team

-      A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

-      An interest in site maintenance

-      A starting salary of £23,810 per annum

-      A 37.5 hour working week. (This will include some weekend work, scheduled on a shift pattern)
